Fulltext Manuscript Submission
Guidelines for fulltext manuscript submission

    All oral presenters, including invited and keynote speakers, must submit a manuscript for Acta Horticulturae. If this is not agreed to by the author(s), the work can be presented as a poster instead. Authors of posters are welcome to submit their manuscript for Acta Horticulturae but posters cannot be published as such.     Fulltext manuscript submission will be accepted only via ISHS online submitting tool.

   The web address of submitting tool has been informed on the e-mail of abstract acceptance. Please check e-mail you recieved.

Important dates

     Presenting authors need to complete the registration first.  Please complete your payments for the registration. We will only include the abstracts from the researchers who have registered and paid. Please make sure that those of you who registered and do not plan to make presentations also need to finalize the payments as soon as possible.

Guidelines for abstract submission

   Abstracts have to be submitted via the ISHS online submission tool. A valid ISHS user account is required in order to submit the abstract. If you are currently not an ISHS member, please proceed to new member ( first and pay to activate your user account prior to submitting an abstract. You will then be entitled to register to the symposium at the 'ISHS member' rate. An abstract in English, limited to 300 words in a single paragraph, is required in all cases. Each participant can submit no more than two abstracts. Convener of the symposium will evaluate your abstract. A notification of acceptance/rejection of the abstract will be sent to you via e-mail.

ISHS Young Minds Award. Two Young Mind Awards for junior scientists will be given the best oral presentation and the best poster presented during the symposium. For more details, please visit
